YOUR NEW HOME.

  • Dream it.

Booty and Brains began in 2019 as a simple yet powerful idea: to create a space where women could come together not only to work out but also to openly discuss and address mental health issues. What started as a small concept quickly grew into a vision that I carried with me, nurturing it through the years. I knew this was something special, something that could make a real difference in women’s lives, but the timing never seemed quite right. Despite the challenges and uncertainties, I held onto this vision, waiting for the moment when I would find the courage to take that leap and truly BET on myself. It wasn't just about creating a fitness program; it was about building a community where physical and mental well-being were equally prioritized, and where women could feel supported and empowered on their journeys.

  • Build it.

First and foremost, I want to emphasize the importance of putting God first. This journey has been deeply rooted in faith and belief that everything happens in its own divine timing. For years, I carried a vision in my heart—an idea of one day hosting my own fitness classes, In August this year, that long-held dream finally became a reality. It was a moment filled with a mix of excitement, gratitude, and a bit of nervousness. I finally found myself standing in front of a group of incredible individuals, leading sessions at The House Athletics—a place that feels like more than just a gym. It’s a beautiful and vibrant space, one that offers a diverse range of fitness programs and classes designed to meet the needs of people from all walks of life, regardless of their age or background.
